Actions and goals

Since Vintage Roots was founded in 1986, our business has operated with sustainability at its core, initially focusing on organic wines and later expanding to a full portfolio of certified organic and biodynamic drinks. Our commitment is reflected in our supply chain partnerships, careful product sourcing and ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact across the business.

In 2024 we became a certified B Corp, recognising our long-standing approach to responsible business and our commitment to balancing purpose with profit. We continue to explore further improvements across energy use, packaging, logistics and supplier partnerships.

Looking ahead, our focus is on maintaining our B Corp status, continuing our 100% commitment to certified organic and biodynamic drinks, and remaining the UK’s leading one-stop specialist supplier in this sector. Future initiatives include further investment in renewable energy, improvements to our on-site storage and logistics through a new barn/warehouse conversion, and ongoing efforts to reduce transport and operational impacts wherever possible.
